寶地東方花園別墅一期，我們將大門的做法去掉了很多瑣碎的新中式的元素，用厚重的石材跟門衛一起規整的設計，拉大大門的界面，體現尊貴感厚重感，區別與一般的普通住宅，而且考慮到售樓處未來超市對外的功能，所以大門的封閉性的門設置在側面，打造酒店式的入戶空間。

中軸結合出地面通風井設計景觀塔，再度強化該位置的標識印記，還是用大量的石材厚重的去凸顯，當中軸線被大量通風井、下沉庭院和地下通道臺階占據核心位置時，景觀設計不是用逃避的辦法，而是選擇用開放的態度結合廊架、休憩亭把通風井、下沉庭院和地下通道臺階全部當成景觀的組成部分設計道景觀環境中，植物設計沿用了寶華一貫的大量造景樹和厚重的景石來打造強化別墅的尊貴。
